KUE LABEL – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

(Applicable within India only)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Exchanges are permitted only for:
    • Size issues
    • Product exchange (same or different item)
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
  • Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Processing & Shipping (Exchange Orders)

  • A ₹250 processing fee per product is applicable for reverse pickup.
  • Reverse pickup will be attempted up to 2 times only.
    • If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product.
  • Customers must share the ₹250 payment screenshot for confirmation before processing.
  • For self-shipping:
    • AWB/tracking details must be shared with us.
    • Kue Label is not responsible for loss or damage during self-shipping.

Inspection & Dispatch

  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With tags and packaging intact
  • After successful quality check, the exchanged item will be dispatched.



Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Dislike due to color, print, or design preference
  • Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen differences
  • Multiple exchange requests for the same order

Return Policy

We do not offer returns under normal circumstances.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect product received

Reporting & Approval

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must share:
    • Clear photos or videos
    • Mandatory parcel opening video (without cuts)
  • All return requests are subject to Quality Control approval.

Resolution

  • Once approved and the product is received back:
    • A replacement will be processed as applicable.
